CCG was engaged as the technology partner to design and development a Business to Business trading exchange for Wavin, Europe’s largest manufacturer of synthetic pipes. Our team developed an asynchronous messaging architecture based on the Seeburger EAI package to integrate operating companies in 24 European countries. The solution utilized a middleware system to integrate multiple ERP systems with a Blue Martini e-CRM platform, using multiple transport protocols and message formats. Our team was responsible for designing and implementing the EAI messaging architecture, developing XML and DTD structures for the internal integration to the EAI package, developing Java based (J2EE) applications for integration, developing data mappings to numerous data formats including: EDI, CSV, Commerce One, SAP, and various in-house formats, integrating an online B2B portal to the site via SOAP XML Web Services, and establishing and maintaining the production and test architecture environment.
