Corporate Culture

As a services organization, the most critical aspect of our product is the collective knowledge and experience of our personnel.  The retention and management of key knowledge is considered and planned for in three areas:  personnel, project specific information, general skills and knowledge.  CCG has several programs in place specifically aimed at ensuring the retention of our people and knowledge base.  These programs include our employee retention program, knowledge repository program and our “one team” project approach.

It all starts with our people.  CCG recognizes the importance of retaining our employees and the high cost of turnover and therefore employs an effective Employee Retention Program (ERP) which actually starts before a candidate is hired.  CCG thoroughly evaluates recruits to ensure we only hire highly qualified individuals whose core values are aligned with CCG’s customer-centric culture.   Once hired into the CCG family, we shift our focus to retention.  The ERP program makes use of assigned mentors, upward feedback surveys and frequent performance reviews to ensure open and honest communication.  CCG also seeks to reward employees through a variety of social engagements such as summer outings, holiday parties and training opportunities as well as many community involvement opportunities.  Under our ERP program, we constantly evaluate market conditions to ensure our benefits and compensation plans are among the most attractive in the industry.  We consider our firm a family and as such are especially focused on creating long lasting relationships with our employees and their families.
